Doorless Designs products are made from Polymaker™ ASA, a durable polymer chosen for its UV stability, weather resistance, and strong mechanical properties. Unlike materials commonly used for decorative 3D prints, ASA is well suited to functional parts that may be exposed to sunlight and changing weather conditions.

Each PatchPad features genuine VELCRO® Brand loop material with an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. The soft loop surface is designed to accept the hook backing found on most morale patches, allowing patches to be changed whenever the mood—or the Jeep—calls for it. 

Acrylic adhesive has better moisture, chemical, and temperature resistance than its general-purpose rubber adhesive

Our components are produced in layers using additive manufacturing. Minor variations and visible layer lines are normal characteristics of this process and make each part slightly unique.

Materials are selected for durability, but products should still be inspected periodically and removed if damaged or improperly secured. Color and appearance may change over time with prolonged environmental exposure.
