The Ball Mount PatchPad attaches to your existing interior ball mount, giving you an easy way to display your favorite morale patch inside your Jeep. Position it where you want it, add your favorite hook-backed patch, and swap patches whenever the mood strikes.
Available in 20mm and 1-inch versions to fit two of the most common ball-mount sizes.

PLEASE NOTE: Ball mount, mounting arm, base, and other mounting hardware are not included. This product includes the PatchPad only and requires a compatible existing ball-mount system.
Interior use only. Install where the PatchPad will not interfere with airbags, vehicle controls, driver visibility, or safe operation of the vehicle.
A sunshade that has 1⅛″ (or 1") bungies can also be dual purposed for this lightweight application. Be mindful to keep the patch out of the airstream.

Installation & Use
The ball mount secures to the mounting ball using a friction fit.
Press the mount firmly onto the ball until it is seated securely and does not move easily.
Apply only the amount of force needed to achieve a secure fit.
Some mounting balls have a rough or textured surface. Excessive pivoting or repeated repositioning on these surfaces may gradually wear the inside of the mount.
For best results, minimize unnecessary movement once the mount is positioned.
Ensure the mount is not installed where it can interfere with the deployment of airbags or safety equipment.
Only install within the cabin of the vehicle.
Friction-Fit Maintenance
This mount relies on friction to remain securely positioned. Frequent repositioning may gradually wear or smooth the contact surface, reducing its grip. If the mount begins to loosen, apply one smooth layer of electrical tape around the ball and reinstall the mount. Confirm that the mount fits snugly and remains secure before use. Replace the tape if it becomes worn, damaged or displaced.

Doorless Designs products are made from Polymaker™ ASA, a durable polymer chosen for its UV stability, weather resistance, and strong mechanical properties. Unlike materials commonly used for decorative 3D prints, ASA is well suited to functional parts that may be exposed to sunlight and changing weather conditions.

Each PatchPad features genuine VELCRO® Brand loop material with an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. The soft loop surface is designed to accept the hook backing found on most morale patches, allowing patches to be changed whenever the mood—or the Jeep—calls for it.
Acrylic adhesive has better moisture, chemical, and temperature resistance than its general-purpose rubber adhesive
Our components are produced in layers using additive manufacturing. Minor variations and visible layer lines are normal characteristics of this process and make each part slightly unique.
Materials are selected for durability, but products should still be inspected periodically and removed if damaged or improperly secured. Color and appearance may change over time with prolonged environmental exposure.
