Doorless Designs products are made from Polymaker™ ASA, a durable polymer chosen for its UV stability, weather resistance, and strong mechanical properties. Unlike materials commonly used for decorative 3D prints, ASA is well suited to functional parts that may be exposed to sunlight and changing weather conditions.

Each PatchPad features genuine VELCRO® Brand loop material with an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. The soft loop surface is designed to accept the hook backing found on most morale patches, allowing patches to be changed whenever the mood—or the Jeep—calls for it.
Acrylic adhesive has better moisture, chemical, and temperature resistance than its general-purpose rubber adhesive
Our components are produced in layers using additive manufacturing. Minor variations and visible layer lines are normal characteristics of this process and make each part slightly unique.
Materials are selected for durability, but products should still be inspected periodically and removed if damaged or improperly secured. Color and appearance may change over time with prolonged environmental exposure.
Installation & Use
Simply slide the post into the exposed hinge barrel until the cap sits securely in place.
Only light pressure should be needed.
Do not force the cap into the hinge. If resistance is excessive, remove it and check the hinge barrel for dirt, debris, or corrosion before trying again.
Compatibility
For Jeep Wranglers and Gladiators produced between 2018 - Current, select the JL/JT version of the product.
For Jeep Wranglers produced between 2007-2017, select the JK version.
The JK has a slightly smaller barrel and a wider profile.

Installation & Use
Ensure the hinge barrel is clean and free of dirt, debris, or corrosion before installation.
Slide the mounting post into the hinge barrel until the mount sits flush against the top of the hinge. The post should slide into place with minimal force. Do not force the mount into the hinge.
For a more secure fit, a 3/16-inch screw may be inserted into the stem to slightly expand the post and help prevent unintended removal.
