Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Doorless Designs. If something isn't right, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• Free from damage, scratches, modifications, or excessive wear
• Returned with any included components or hardware

Items that have been permanently modified, altered, or damaged during installation may not be eligible for return.

To start a return, please contact us before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to preference, ordering the wrong item, or other reasons not caused by Doorless Designs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Doorless Designs or the item arrived defective or damaged.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the issue.

If the problem is our responsibility, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized products
• Items that have been modified or altered by the customer
• Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or accident
• Gift cards

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong mounting style or product, please contact us. The fastest option may be to return the original item and place a new order for the correct product.
